Our trips cover fuel, tolls, driver’s fee, and food allowance. Personal expenses and admission tickets are not included.
Our drivers are professional and trained to assist international travelers. While not all are fluent, they use translation tools and have strong knowledge of popular routes.
We’ll set up a WhatsApp group the night before your trip. Most drivers use a translator, and our team and customer support will be there too.
Our quotes are valid for 3 days (except during peak seasons) and depend on the exchange rates. Same-day bookings after 12:00 PM may incur surcharge
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the country of service. For Japan services, cancellations made 5 days before the service date incur a 10% fee, while no refunds will be provided within 4 days of the service date.
Our vehicles are subject to availability, and requests for specific colors or models may be adjusted based on what’s available.
Check the vehicle’s occupancy limit. Drivers can refuse the reservation if the number of passengers including kids) and luggage exceeds the limit, with no refund.
Day tours run 8–10 hours and can’t be shortened or moved. Start times can be as early as 7:00 and end by 22:00, with a surcharge for times outside this range.
Airport pickups include a standard free waiting period. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times.
Traffic is beyond our control and can affect your tour time. To avoid overtime charges, you may consult your driver about the best return time.
Overtime fees apply based on vehicle type and may vary by country. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Please help keep the vehicle clean and ask the driver before eating. A cleaning fee starting at ¥35,000 may apply if the vehicle is left dirty (e.g., trash, vomit, pee, etc.), depending on the condition of the car.
Vouchers serve as proof of booking. Keep them on your mobile; they’ll be sent within 24 hours of payment, so please check your inbox.
Changes to pick-up time and trip schedules are not guaranteed and depend on driver and operator approval. No changes can be made within 4 days of the scheduled date.
We highly recommend reading the terms and conditions in your voucher to avoid any issues before, during, and after your tour.
