These Terms and Conditions apply to full travel packages, airline ticketing, and hotel bookings arranged through Your Travel Guide Company (the Company). By booking, paying for, or availing of these services, the customer acknowledges, agrees to, and is bound by these terms and the applicable supplier conditions disclosed for the booking.
These terms apply together with our General Terms and Conditions.
01Booking Details and Confirmation
Customers must review the quotation, itinerary, passenger details, travel dates, flights, hotel details, room occupancy, inclusions, exclusions, and supplier conditions before authorizing a booking. Only services expressly included in the written booking confirmation form part of the arrangement. Additional services remain subject to availability and applicable charges.
Customers must provide accurate names and details matching the travel documents they will use. Requests to correct details after confirmation or ticket issuance are subject to supplier rules and approval.
02Prices and Payment Schedules
The applicable price, required deposit, balance, payment deadlines, and ticketing or reservation deadlines will be stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation. Customers must follow the payment schedule provided for their booking.
Availability and prices remain subject to supplier confirmation. Failure to pay within the stated deadline may result in the release or cancellation of reservations under the applicable supplier conditions. Any resulting cancellation charges or forfeiture will follow the conditions disclosed for the booking.
03Full Travel Packages
A full package consists only of the flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, transportation, or other services listed in the confirmed itinerary. Baggage, meals, activities, entrance fees, taxes, and other expenses are included only when expressly stated.
Customers must observe the departure times, meeting points, check-in requirements, and schedules stated in the itinerary or issued by the supplier. Unused or missed package components are subject to the non-refund policy below. Changes to any component remain subject to the applicable supplier policies.
04Air Ticketing
Air tickets are subject to the issuing airline’s fare conditions, including baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, route restrictions, and rules on changes, cancellations, and no-shows. Customers must review these conditions before authorizing ticket issuance.
Name corrections, passenger substitutions, date changes, route changes, and ticket reissuance are not guaranteed. Any request must be permitted and approved by the airline and must also meet the rebooking conditions below where applicable. Any airline-approved change may require payment of applicable penalties and fare or tax differences.
05Hotel Bookings
Hotel reservations are subject to the confirmed property, room category, occupancy, meal plan, stay dates, and hotel or booking supplier conditions. Check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, incidental deposits, extra-person charges, and special requests follow the property’s policies.
Special requests, including bed preferences, adjoining rooms, and early check-in or late check-out, are subject to hotel availability and approval. Changes to guest names, stay dates, or room arrangements require supplier approval and may involve additional charges. No-shows, shortened stays, early departures, and unused nights are subject to the non-refund policy below.
06Cancellations, Unused Services, and Refunds
All bookings and travel packages are non-refundable. No refund, replacement booking, travel credit, or compensation shall be provided for any unused, canceled, forfeited, flown, partially used, or no-show tickets, accommodations, tours, transfers, transportation services, or other travel arrangements included in the booking, except where expressly approved by the respective supplier.
Any supplier-approved refund, replacement booking, or travel credit remains subject to that supplier’s conditions, deductions, and processing procedures. A request does not constitute approval, and the Company does not guarantee a supplier exception.
07Rebooking and Other Change Requests
Rebooking requests may only be considered in cases of force majeure, natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or supplier-approved exceptions. All requests remain subject to availability and supplier policies.
Customers must submit change requests to the Company for assessment before treating any change as confirmed. Approval, applicable charges, and revised booking details must be confirmed for the requested change to take effect.
08Travel Documents and Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, travel permits, travel authorizations, health certificates, and all other required travel documents are valid and comply with the requirements of their destination, airline, immigration authorities, customs authorities, and other government agencies. Passengers must verify passport validity requirements for their itinerary, including any requirement for at least six months of validity beyond their intended return date.
The Company does not guarantee visa approval, immigration clearance, customs clearance, departure clearance, or admission into any country. Offloading, denied departure, denied entry, deportation, visa refusal, and other decisions made by airlines, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, customs authorities, or government agencies are beyond the Company’s control and remain the passenger’s responsibility.
09Supplier Changes and Events Beyond Our Control
Airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers may change, delay, reschedule, cancel, or modify their services without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for losses, expenses, delays, cancellations, or unused services arising from such changes, force majeure events, natural disasters, acts of God, severe weather, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, medical conditions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any rebooking or refund arising from these circumstances remains subject to the respective supplier’s approval and policies, as stated above.
10Customer Acknowledgment
By booking, paying for, or availing of these services, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By signing below, the customer further confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and that they have been adequately explained by the Company’s authorized representative.
