Note that seating capacity might change if you need to bring luggage during your trip. Japan strictly enforces overloading; we must ensure that kids and toddlers have a dedicated seat in the vehicle.

Kindly review the vehicle’s occupancy. The driver can refuse the reservation if it exceeds the vehicle’s maximum carrying capacity; no refund will be provided.

The said voucher is only valid on selected date/s and time slot/s.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before the service date, and a 20% operating fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 4 days prior.
