For Japan
Payment Terms
We require full payment to reserve your car. We accept GCash and bank transfers using BPI, BDO, and Unionbank Accounts. For non-Philippines clients, we also accept PayPal.
TRIP INCLUSIONS
Our trips include fuel, toll, driver’s professional fee, and food allowance. Personal expenses and admission tickets are not included in the package.

COMMUNICATION
A WhatsApp Chat Group will be created the night before your trip. Most of our drivers use a translator to communicate effectively. Our team and customer service from our operator are also part of the group.
QUOTATION
Our quotation is only valid for 3 days from the issue date (except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Sakura, etc.) as our rates depend on the exchange rate between the Japanese Yen, Philippine Peso, and US Dollar.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before the service date, and a 20% operating fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the cancellation is made 4 days prior, no refund will be issued.
VEHICLES
Our vehicles are subject to availability. Special requests for color or variant will be replaced depending on what is available.
OCCUPANCY
Please review the vehicle’s occupancy limit. Drivers have the authority to refuse the reservation if the number of passengers (including kids) & luggage exceeds the vehicle’s maximum carrying capacity; no refund will be provided in this situation.
TIMING
Day tour limit is 10 hours by default and cannot be reduced or compensated from some other days. We can start as early as 7:00 & end at 22:00. A surcharge will apply if you wish to start or end outside the said timeframe.
