Payment Terms

A full payment is required for us to reserve your car. We accept GCash, Bank transfers using BPI, BDO, and Unionbank Accounts. For non-Philippines clients, we also accept PayPal.

Drivers

Our drivers are Japanese or Chinese and they can speak basic English. We use WhatsApp to communicate with our guests.

Communication

A WhatsApp Chat Group will be created a day before your trip (usually 8 PM onwards). Most of our drivers use the translator to effectively communicate — our team & customer service from our operator are also part of the group.

Cancellation

If cancellation is made 5 days prior to the travel date, a fee of 20% will apply. However, we can no longer give a refund if the cancellation was made 4 days prior to the selected date.

Quotation

Our quotation is only valid for 3 days from the date of issue (except peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Sakura, etc.) as our rates depend on the exchange rate between the Japanese Yen, Philippine Peso, and US Dollar.

Vouchers

Vouchers will be sent within 24 hours after we received your payment. Please always check your mailbox.

Terms & Conditions

We strongly suggest reading the terms and conditions found in your vouchers to avoid disappointment before, during, and after your tour.

Traffic Situtation

The traffic condition is beyond our control. To avoid frustration with the overtime charge, it is recommended that you talk about the traffic conditions with the driver and the best time to head back to their drop-off location.

Vehicles

Our vehicles are subject to availability. Special requests for color or variant will be replaced depending on what is available.

Ammendments

Change pick-up time, and trip reschedules are not guaranteed as this is subject to the approval of the driver and operator. No changes should be made 4 days prior to the selected date.

Occupancy

Please review the vehicle’s occupancy limit. Our driver has the authority to refuse the reservation if the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle’s maximum carrying capacity; no refund will be provided in this situation.

Timing

Our trip limit is 10 hours by default and cannot be reduced or compensated from some other days. We can start as early as 7:00 and ends at 22:00. A surcharge will apply if you wish to start or end outside the said timeframe.

Overtime

An overtime fee of ¥5,000 per hour for 7 and 10-Seater Car. ¥6,000 for 14-Seater Car and ¥10,000 for 18 and 22-Seater Cars. Note that this is subject to change without prior notice.

Inclusions

Our trips include fuel, toll, driver, and food allowance of our driver. Note that personal expenses and admission tickets are not part of the package.

Airport Pickup

A 90 minutes of free waiting time is included from the official landing time of your flight. If you wish to delay the pick-up time, please adjust your timing accordingly. ¥2,000 surcharge will be collected for every 30-minutes waiting time.

Car Etiquette

Don’t eat in the car without the driver’s permission and please keep it clean at all times. A cleaning fee of ¥5,000* will be charged once the car was left dirty. (Depending on its condition)
